This book is great, and covers SYSV & BSD from back in the day. While we aren't living in the age when installing new hard disk requires 3 strong people, and a dedicated cabinet, the concepts have remained the same.I also recommend this book to anyone with an interest in old/legacy UNIX based systems, along with the excellent simulator SIMH written by Bob Supnik (the somewhat paranoid engineer who ported Zork to Fortran).This book is a bargain!
